About Bellewood Group

Bellewood Group was founded in 2016 by siblings Jake and Tori, who turned a lifelong passion for building and creating into a full-time business. Their love for construction and design began while restoring the 300-year-old farmhouse in Henderson, NC where they grew up — an experience that continues to shape their thoughtful, detail-driven approach today.

Jake leads the construction side of the business as a licensed General Contractor, bringing both hands-on expertise and a finance degree from UNCW. Tori oversees interior design and project planning, drawing from her background in Art & Design from NC State College of Design.

Together, alongside their growing team, Bellewood Group creates thoughtfully designed, beautifully crafted homes throughout the Wilmington area.

Jake Dubinski

At the forefront of construction is Jake, a licensed General Contractor with a finance degree from UNCW and co-founder of Bellewood Group. With a true talent for reimagining a space to bring out it’s full potential, Jake’s love for construction is evident in the work he produces.

Tori Fish

As co-founder of Bellewood Group and with a Bachelor's in Art & Design from NC State, Tori lends her artistic flair and strategic vision to the interior design process of Bellewood projects, ensuring each endeavor is a blend of precision and style.

Hayden Crabb

As our project manager, Hayden maintains thorough and timely client communication from start to finish. As a New Zealand native with over 15 years of construction management experience, he brings a fresh perspective and ingenuity that our clients love!

Neo Riviera

With over 20 years under his tool belt, our foreman Neo has become an integral part of the Bellewood Team. Through his tenacity and commitment to perfection, he ensures seamless execution and skill in every project he oversees.

Sloan Hodges

Sloan comes to the Bellewood Design team with a degree in sustainable development. She oversees project logistics to ensure each design is executed fully and delivered on time.
